I have had TSPK for nearly four years and it is getting progressively worse. Recently discharged from the hospital because there is nothing they can do. I have daily "lubricating" eye drops and nightime thick eyedrops and they have stopped me using the steroids (which helped) and given me "pain" eyedrops.I have flare ups in my left eye and then my right eyeand the what I call "full blown" when both eyes are affected! I cannot read, I cannot drive and people think I'm crazy when I suddenly start "streaming" from one eye or the other or both! The attacks are becoming more frequent. How do you manage?
