I placed an order for
Bulldog Broadband.

- Almost three months later I receive an email saying my account will be activated 2005-05-18 Wednesday 18th May.

- No change, still with BT
- 2005-05-19 Thursday 19th May
- Telephone stopped working
- Numerous calls to Bulldog (0800 404 8151) unable to get through. I started one call at 18:30 and was extremely annoyed when the hold message at 20:00 changed to tell me that customer 'support' was over for the day.
- 2005-05-20 Friday 20th May
- Change to Bulldog ADSL login. Intermittent service.
- 2005-05-24 Tuesday 24th May
- Telephone working on Bulldog
- 2005-05-28 Saturday 28th May
- No ADSL service
- 2005-05-29 Sunday 29th May
ADSL only available for two hours in the afternoon.
I receive email from Bulldog saying:
Welcome to 4 meg broadband and phone from Bulldog.
Your Bulldog Super@ctive DIP service will go live on 5/18/2005

- 18 minutes later Bulldog answered. Bulldog is aware there is a problem, because I reported it yesterday, and it has been passed to a third party; I assume BT. Bulldog is unable to give me any information on how long it will take to resolve. Bulldog will ask someone to call me with an update.
